Swatch & Review: Peacock Pie Locket

Sorry I’ve been quiet lately, been studying for exams – got one tomorrow and the day after. I’ll be back to regular posting soon!

This is another Kiwi indie polish, this time created by Peacock Pie. Locket is a gorgeous glitter polish in a light blue crelly base. I absolutely LOVE all of the dominant colors in this polish – purple and copper, along with the sublter yellow circles and smaller black glitters. I chose to wear it on its own, shown are three coats with one coat of Glossy Glam top coat. Glossy Glam did a really good job at smoothing out three layers of glitter, I’m nearly through my bottle so it looks like I’ll be getting a big refill size soon 🙂

These last two photos make it look very matte, but I’m not sure why! I guess it’s nice to see what this would look like with a matte top coat? Another thing I was impressed with was how easy it was to spread the glitter around on the nail when applying – no dabbing necessary.
